2. Captain or team manager to notate in their email if their team would be considered: Highly Competitive; Competitive; or Beginner
3. Players are to register individually and request their team by name from the dropdown menu
4. Any players that would like to participate, but do not have a team should sign up and choose: “do not have a team” from the dropdown menu
